V2X is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Troy, MI team. This role requires strong technical depth, exceptional collaboration skills, and a high‑touch client service mindset. Success in this position demands solid project management capability and a working understanding of adult learning principles.

Specific Duties:
- Partner with external clients to capture business needs and identify opportunities.
- Serve as the interface between system analysts and customer administrative users.
- Identify and assess solution options for technical and business fit.
- Co-lead governance process and discussions.
- Develop test plans and coordinate/execution of system testing.
- Oversee development of ad hoc reports.
- Manage and perform system administration activities.
- Develop user manuals and system support documentation.
- Provide training across system user roles.
- Support ongoing maintenance of existing systems.
- Contribute to business growth and contract renewals.
Experience:
- 10 years as a Business Analyst
- 6 years working with Learning Management Systems/LXP
- 2 years with ServiceNow
- Extensive experience in Automotive Retail
- Strong understanding of web‑based application development, databases, browsers, and client/server architectures

Requirements gathering & configuration support in ServiceNow modules:
- Asset, Knowledge, Request, Incident Management
- Advanced Microsoft Office expertise
- Working knowledge of systems engineering, web development, and database structures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and within team environments
Desired Experience:
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with multiple commercial LMS platforms
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
