Sr. Consultant – Digital Transformation

We are looking for a **Sr. Consultant – Digital Transformation** with experience in the **Insurance industry**, preferably across **P&C, Specialty, or London Market**, to lead end-to-end technology and RPA implementation projects from a functional and business perspective.

This role will work closely with clients, internal delivery teams, product teams, and leadership to understand business needs, conduct discovery sessions, identify process improvement and automation opportunities, and ensure successful solution delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong consulting, stakeholder management, business analysis, and project delivery experience, with the ability to manage client engagements, support RFP/RFI responses, and translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage technology and RPA implementation projects end-to-end from a functional perspective, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, rollout, and post-go-live support.

* Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, product teams, and implementation partners.

* Define project scope, functional requirements, business processes, user journeys, success criteria, risks, dependencies, and timelines.

* Support UAT planning, test scenario creation, issue resolution, change management, training, and adoption activities.

* Lead discovery workshops with new and existing client accounts to understand current processes, pain points, business objectives, and technology gaps.

* Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, optimization, and enhanced platform utilization.

* Develop recommendations, solution approaches, business cases, and consulting proposals based on client needs.

* Partner with account management and sales teams to identify expansion, transformation, and value-add opportunities.

* Manage and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, client questionnaires, and consulting engagement documentation.

* Translate client requirements into solution narratives, functional responses, implementation approaches, effort estimates, and delivery plans.

* Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and leadership teams.

* Facilitate meetings, workshops, status reviews, and steering committee discussions.

* Communicate project progress, risks, decisions, and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

* Experience managing technology or RPA implementation projects from a functional, business, or consulting perspective.

* Strong understanding of project lifecycle stages, including discovery, requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support.

* Experience conducting client workshops, discovery sessions, process assessments, and requirements-gathering sessions.

* Proven ability to manage RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and consulting engagements.

* Strong business analysis, problem-solving, documentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and practical implementation plans.

* Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, product, engineering, delivery, legal, and security.

* Insurance industry experience highly preferred, especially in P&C, Specialty, or London Market.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, digital transformation, consulting, or implementation services.

* Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

* Prior experience in pre-sales consulting, solution consulting, business consulting, or customer success.

* PMP, Scrum, Agile, Business Analysis, or relevant consulting certifications are a plus.

Bachelors degree with relevant experiance
