About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Data & AI Engineer to help build a modern enterprise data platform powered by Microsoft Fabric .
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing Data & AI team at the ground level. You'll play a key role in building data pipelines, implementing best practices, and creating the foundation that will support analytics, reporting, and future AI initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric
- Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
- Develop ETL/ELT processes and data transformations
- Write and optimize SQL and Python code
- Create semantic models for reporting and analytics
- Build automated data quality checks into pipelines
- Support data governance initiatives, including lineage and metadata
- Partner with architects, AI leaders, and business stakeholders
- Help establish scalable engineering standards and best practices
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of Data Engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Strong skills in Azure, SQL, and Python
- Experience building enterprise data platforms
- Experience with ETL/ELT development and data integration
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or AI-ready data environments
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Nice to Have
- Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or FinTech experience
- Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or Databricks experience
- Feature engineering or machine learning data preparation experience
- Experience supporting AI and Generative AI initiatives
