Up to £111,500 + 10% Bonus | UK Wide Hybrid | SC Clearance

We're looking for an experienced Senior Databricks Technical Engineer to join a growing enterprise data team where you'll play a key role in designing, building and evolving modern data platforms.
This isn't a role for someone looking to learn Databricks—you'll be the technical expert from day
one, helping shape the platform while mentoring other engineers.
🚀 What you'll be doing
- Building enterprise-scale data platforms from the ground up
- Designing robust data pipelines using Databricks and SQL
- Working with modern Lakehouse/Data Lake architectures
- Delivering analytics and insight solutions that drive business decisions
- Improving platform performance, scalability and data quality
- Providing technical leadership within a highly skilled engineering team
✅ What you'll need
- Strong commercial experience with Databricks (essential)
- Expert SQL skills
- Experience building modern data platforms from scratch
- Knowledge of Data Lakes/Lakehouse architectures
- Power BI or similar reporting experience
- A passion for mentoring others and leading technically
- Experience with AI or advanced analytics is a real advantage
🔒 Security Clearance
Applicants should already hold SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain it (5 years' continuous UK residency required).
