Job Description:

The Senior Development, Security & Operations (DevSecOps) Engineer designs, implements, and maintains security controls within the firm’s development and AI-assisted coding environments. This role integrates security into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and builds automation and tooling to support secure development practices. Operating independently, the position applies advanced technical expertise and judgment to mitigate risk and enhance security posture.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security controls within CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and maintain automated security tooling and scripts
• Integrate scanning, dependency analysis, and secrets detection into development workflows
• Advise development teams on secure coding practices, including AI-generated code
• Define and enforce security guardrails for AI-assisted development tools
• Monitor and analyze security data, logs, and threats
• Build dashboards and reporting for security metrics and risk visibility
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to remediate vulnerabilities
• Apply AI tools to enhance threat detection and security operations

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or security engineering
• Strong programming skills and experience building tools or automation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
• Knowledge of application security and secure development practices
• Ability to work independently and influence technical teams
