Senior Field Marketing & Strategy Manager, EMEA (All Genders)

As Senior Field Marketing & Strategy Manager, EMEA, you will lead the marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, and commercialization for two of Dailymotion Advertising’s priority markets. Acting as a strategic partner to Sales, you will develop regional marketing plans that drive awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and support revenue growth.

Working closely with Global Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, Sales, and the Global Events team, you will translate global initiatives into locally relevant programs and ensure EMEA have the right messaging, thought leadership, commercial materials, and marketing strategies to succeed.

While you will define the strategy and objectives for regional events, execution will be managed by the Global Events team in partnership with regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market

• Develop and execute the annual EMEA field marketing strategy, aligned with regional Sales leadership and business objectives.
• Build regional go-to-market plans around product launches, seasonal moments, and industry opportunities.
• Localize global campaigns, messaging, and product narratives for regional markets; translate product capabilities into compelling customer-focused stories.
• Measure program performance and continuously optimize initiatives based on business impact.

Sales Enablement & Account-Based Marketing

• Partner with Sales on key accounts, strategic opportunities, and pipeline generation.
• Adapt global sales materials, presentations, and commercial content for EMEA markets.
• Develop localized messaging and sales narratives that reflect regional priorities while maintaining consistency with global standards.
• Identify content gaps and collaborate with Global Marketing to fill them.

Thought Leadership, PR & Market Presence

• Drive regional thought leadership initiatives and executive visibility through speaking engagements, bylines, and industry storytelling.
• Partner with Communications on PR opportunities to strengthen Dailymotion Advertising's presence across key markets.

Case Studies, Awards & Commercial Proof Points

• Identify customer success stories, develop regional case studies, and support award submissions.
• Build proof points that strengthen commercial conversations and market credibility.

Events & Market Activation

• Define strategy, objectives, and messaging for regional events, sponsorships, and activations.
• Collaborate with the Global Events team on conferences, customer events, and executive programs; drive post-event follow-up and ROI measurement.

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, B2B marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy within media, adtech, SaaS, or digital advertising.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales on commercial growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, commercialization, and sales enablement.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a global organization.
• English required. French is a strong advantage.
