Job Overview:
We're looking for an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer who is also a talented video creator, editor, and visual storyteller. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences across print, digital, social, television, podcasts, webinars, and live events. You'll be responsible for elevating our brand through stunning graphic design, engaging video content, and innovative creative campaigns that educate, inspire, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
- Produce, edit, and deliver high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, podcasts, webinars, TV, advertising, and corporate communications.
- Create motion graphics, animations, title sequences, and branded video assets.
- Design digital and print collateral including presentations, brochures, infographics, email graphics, social media graphics, advertisements, and website design.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
- Capture and edit video footage from company events, interviews, conferences, and in-studio productions.
- Color correct, mix audio, add music, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects to create polished, professional content.
- Design engaging social media graphics and short-form videos optimized for each platform..
- Stay current on design trends, video techniques, AI creative tools, and emerging marketing technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital content creation and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and design styles.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of written content across platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Premiere Pro, After Effects), and other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to share knowledge and expertise.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Proficient with web and digital design and technologies
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of our team and organization.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras and professional lighting equipment.
- Podcast production or studio recording experience.
- Photography experience.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
- Experience in financial services, education, or media production.
Position: Full-time
Location: Wheaton, IL (100% onsite - not a remote/hybrid/WFH position)

Pay Range: $60k-$75k (depending on experience)
