Senior IBM BAW / CP4BA Developer
Work location is Newark NJ, onsite
W2/Fulltime
Need USC or Green Card to work on W2.
· IBM BAW/BPM Proficiency
o Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using CP4BA IBM Business Automation Workflow (previously IBM Business Process Manager).
· Process Modeling
o Proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0), including Business Process Diagrams (BPD), routing, loops, and gateways.
· User Interface Development
o Skills in building user interfaces using Coaches and Coach Views, and knowledge of related technologies like CSS and JavaScript.
· Integration
o Experience with integration services, including using web services (REST/SOAP APIs), XML, JSON, and AJAX to connect with external systems.
· Data Management
o Strong understanding of database concepts, data structures, and SQL syntax.
· Cloud-Native & DevOps
o Experience in deploying and managing applications in containerized environments, specifically Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
o Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
· Experience with Case Management and Decision Services within IBM CP4BA BAW environments.
BAW performance tuning or troubleshooting

Pay: $100,322.60 - $120,818.62 per year
