You will not only lead the implementation of our most complex strategic accounts but also turn that implementation knowledge into an agentic workflow. You will mentor the broader team and grow them into builders of the agentic world. You will drive major team projects, influence our technical roadmap, and navigate high-stakes ambiguity to ensure our largest customers have a world-class experience.
