The Senior Manager, Site Start Up will play a critical role in driving the successful activation of clinical trial sites across global programs.
This position leads start-up strategy, ensuring timelines, regulatory requirements, and operational milestones are achieved efficiently.
The role partners closely with CROs, clinical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to oversee site readiness and resolve complex challenges.
You will bring deep expertise in clinical operations, regulatory environments, and global trial execution to support high-quality study delivery.
As a senior member of the team, you will influence processes, mentor colleagues, and help optimize start-up methodologies.
