The Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Underground Planning Engineer. Role responsibilities will include:

• Providing direction and advice in delivering an achievable and efficient mine plan for the operation
• Lead and mentor team members
• Working with the production team members to ensure that production and other targets are achieved across the operation.
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities in the mine operations.

The Candidate

• 5 years Mining experience
• Underground experience
• Tertiary qualifications in mining engineering discipline (or equivalent).
• You have a high regard for your personal safety and the safety of your teammates.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a full work rights visa
