Senior Paralegal - Corporate & Legal Operations

About the role

Bluecrux is expanding internationally, and our Finance & Legal team is strengthening the way we support a growing, multi-entity organization. We are looking for a Senior Paralegal - Corporate & Legal Operations who brings structure, ownership and accuracy to legal administration, corporate housekeeping, contract management and standard legal checks.

This is a hands-on paralegal and legal operations role, to support our Legal Counsel.

You will work fully independently on recurring legal and corporate administration, while escalating complex legal questions and negotiations to Legal Counsel at the right moment.

You will help professionalize legal operations by creating reliable processes, keeping documentation under control and making sure legal requests move smoothly through the right channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Own corporate housekeeping for multiple legal entities, including signatures, document preparation, filing, archiving, statutory records and governance documentation.

• Maintain an overview of corporate formalities, deadlines, entity documentation and recurring legal administration.

• Support the Legal mailbox by triaging incoming requests, dispatching matters to the right stakeholders and following up until completion.

• Review standard legal checks and low-risk agreements such as NDAs, subcontractor agreements, consultancy agreements, standard supplier agreements and standard customer-related documents.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, notaries, payroll contacts, accounting firms and corporate service providers across countries.

• Inventory legal documentation and help build a more scalable approach to contract management, document management and legal workflows.
