About the role
Your responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of our Wealth Advisory Platform – from discovery and product definition through delivery and launch to continuous improvement.
- Build a deep customer understanding by working closely with wealth managers, advisors, internal domain experts, and stakeholders, turning insights into valuable and sustainable product solutions.
- Shape, prioritize, and own the product roadmap, balancing customer value, business priorities, and technical feasibility while driving initiatives through the entire product lifecycle.
- Create clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions with confidence.
- As a close partner to Engineering and Design, make sound product decisions, resolve trade-offs pragmatically, and keep both quality and time-to-market in focus.
- Treat compliance as an integral part of product development by considering requirements such as GDPR, DORA, and the EU AI Act from the very beginning.
- Define meaningful success metrics and leverage product data to understand user behavior and continuously improve the platform.
- Collaborate closely with international and cross-functional teams across the Harvest Group, ensuring effective collaboration across teams and entities.
- Whether working with customers, senior leadership, or internal stakeholders, your communication creates transparency, alignment, and trust at every level.
- Your primary goal is to successfully deliver and evolve the Wealth Advisory Platform while ensuring uninterrupted client delivery at Fincite.
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS products, ideally within WealthTech, FinTech, or another regulated environment.
- A proven track record of successfully developing and launching digital products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Leadership experience is mandatory – you know how to provide direction, bring people together, and drive decisions forward.
- You are comfortable working in international, cross-functional, and cross-cultural environments, bringing different perspectives and disciplines together.
- Agile product development, product discovery, prioritization, and writing clear requirements are part of your core skill set.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to product development.
- Even when facing complexity and ambiguity, you maintain focus and develop pragmatic, structured solutions.
- Your communication skills allow you to engage confidently with Engineering teams, customers, and senior leadership alike.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
