Job Description
Paramint LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – Public Sector to support a major New York City government initiative focused on improving access to child care services for residents.
This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital applications and services that enhance user access and experience. The selected candidate will act as a product leader for cross-functional teams, guiding products through the full lifecycle—from strategy and discovery to delivery and continuous improvement—while ensuring solutions are user-centered, data-driven, and aligned with program goals.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous delivery
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps outlining direction, priorities, and timelines
- Define product vision aligned with program objectives and user needs
User Research & Problem Solving
- Synthesize research, analytics, and best practices to identify and solve user problems
- Validate that features effectively address real user needs
- Prioritize initiatives that maximize user value and program impact
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with program owners, UX designers, and engineering teams
- Engage cross-functional and external stakeholders as key partners in product success
- Align diverse teams toward shared outcomes and goals
Requirements & Delivery
- Translate user needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Guide teams on technical feasibility, architecture considerations, and delivery
- Oversee product execution across all SDLC phases (planning, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs and success metrics
- Use qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., analytics tools) to inform prioritization and decision-making
- Continuously improve product performance based on insights
Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
Candidates who do not meet the mandatory qualifications will not be considered.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a product management role supporting digital products
- Hands-on experience delivering digital products across the full SDLC lifecycle
- Ability to manage multiple products from strategy through execution
- Expertise in using data to support prioritization, enhancements, and feature development
- Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., Google Analytics) to drive decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, transparent environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders toward a common goal
- Experience working across platforms, ecosystems, and emerging technologies
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Experience working in government or public sector environments
- Experience supporting digital services for social programs or public-facing platforms
- Familiarity with modern product management practices in civic tech or digital transformation initiatives
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment as required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
- Background check may be required

Pay: $60.00 - $72.00 per hour
