Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and end-to-end implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for large customers. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on technical leader with strong solution architecture skills, capable of driving technical design, code quality, platform governance, and development best practices while mentoring development teams. Key Responsibilities Lead solution architecture, technical design, and end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions from requirements through production deployment. Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal/Workspace, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Perform architecture reviews and code reviews, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, security, and performance guidelines. Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define implementation strategies. Establish development standards, reusable components, CI/CD practices, and platform governance. Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure high-quality project delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications 8–12 years of overall IT experience with 5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development. Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, custom application development, and enterprise integrations. Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and technical teams. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal/Workspace, App Engine, and REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and platform upgrades. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, solutioning, and mentoring skills.
