About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in .NET-based application development and modern front-end technologies such as React. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both legacy and modern systems and is excited to help drive architectural modernization initiatives.

You will work closely with the CTO and Chief Architect to modernize our application stack, build scalable and maintainable solutions, and help accelerate the organization’s adoption of AI-assisted development and AI-powered product capabilities.

This role requires a hands-on engineer who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where requirements may evolve as business priorities, customer feedback, and technical discoveries emerge.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET / C# and modern React-based front-end frameworks
• Help evolve our existing platform architecture toward a more modular and modern application stack
• Participate in the migration and modernization of legacy user experiences into modern front-end frameworks
• Build clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code following engineering best practices
• Contribute to API design, service architecture, and distributed system design discussions
• Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and leadership teams to translate evolving business needs into practical technical solutions

AI Enablement & Engineering Acceleration

• Help drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across the engineering organization
• Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-powered product capabilities and integrations
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, developer tooling, and automation opportunities that improve engineering velocity and product innovation
• Promote best practices around responsible and effective use of AI within software engineering workflows

Azure Platform & Technical Delivery

• Develop and support applications hosted within Microsoft Azure environments
• Work with Azure Web Apps, APIs, background services, SQL Server, and related cloud services
• Support CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices using Azure DevOps
• Participate in performance optimization, monitoring, reliability, and operational improvement initiatives

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work collaboratively with distributed engineering teams across the U.S. and India
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to engineers across varying experience levels
• Help improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and development practices
• Take ownership of assigned initiatives from technical design through production delivery

What You BringRequired

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience building enterprise applications using .NET / C#
• Experience working with modern front-end frameworks such as React
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, service-oriented architecture, and distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of MS SQL Server including query optimization and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Azure-hosted applications and cloud-native development practices
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in environments where requirements and priorities evolve over time
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams

Preferred

• Experience modernizing or migrating legacy applications to modern front-end architectures
• Experience with AI integrations, LLM APIs, or AI-enabled product features
• Familiarity with scalable SaaS platform architecture
• Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and application performance optimization
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering process improvements

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
