We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build the core systems behind a fast-scaling AI healthcare platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly shape production systems that improve patient outcomes and modernise healthcare delivery in the US.

From day one, you’ll have real ownership, rapid iteration cycles, and the ability to take ideas from concept → production in days, not months.

What you’ll work on

You’ll be building the backbone of a high-performance AI system, including:

• Architecting and scaling distributed backend systems that power AI-driven healthcare workflows
• Designing resilient, serverless architectures using TypeScript and AWS TypeScript Amazon Web Services
• Building developer-friendly APIs and SDKs used across internal and external platforms
• Developing high-throughput data pipelines that enable clinical-grade AI insights
• Optimising systems for performance, reliability, and scale in production

What we’re looking for

Technical experience

• Strong experience with AWS and TypeScript backend development
• Proven track record building scalable backend systems for real-time or AI-driven products
• Experience designing APIs and developer SDKs
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, performance, and fault tolerance
• Experience working with high-volume data processing pipelines
