We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
What you’ll achieve:
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will support delivery operations, follow SOPs, and learn troubleshooting and documentation practices. You will contribute to accurate status reporting and ticket hygiene.

You will:- Support delivery operations and follow SOPs.
- Update records and trackers; ensure data integrity.
- Prepare basic reports and communications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet timelines.

Essential Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience
- Accuracy in task execution and documentation.
- Basic troubleshooting and monitoring skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn delivery tools and methods.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- AWS/Azure Fundamentals; ITIL Foundation or equivalent.
