Sign Shop Designer & Vinyl Installer

• Well-versed in CorelDraw (PC environment) with a strong understanding of vector and raster images, and the ability to import/export various file types
• Able or willing to learn how to install vinyl graphics and vehicle wraps on multiple types of surfaces including vehicles, walls, windows, and buildings
• Must have valid drivers license
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Design and create all types of signs
• Operate and maintain all machinery
• Knowledge of wide format digital printer and vinyl cutting equipment
• Greet customers and answer phones in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Maintain accurate, orderly computer files and customer records
• Keep inventory of all stock and supplies
• Maintain an organized, clean and professional work area
• Perform bench work including weeding, laminating, fabrication and occasional installation
• Perform other duties as required
• Knowledge/experience in sign/graphics software Corel Draw and Roland VersaWorks
• Must work within a 30 mile radius of Columbus
• Must have T-shirt heat press experience, or be willing to learn
• Follow design layout and accurately measure and place graphics prior to installation

***COREL DRAW EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED***

• Knowledge and working experience of different medias (banner, vinyl, laminates, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, be resourceful, prioritize workload, manage time effectively and adapt to changing situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.70 - $22.74 per hour
