About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our team delivering a major civil, bulk water/water infrastructure project in the Wentworth NSW / Mildura VIC region.

Working closely with project and construction teams, you will support the delivery of site-based engineering activities, coordinating subcontractors, managing quality documentation, planning works, monitoring progress and ensuring construction activities are delivered safely and efficiently.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a significant regional infrastructure project while developing your career within a collaborative and high-performing team.

FIFO arrangements are available from Sydney and Melbourne. We also encourage applications from candidates based in Mildura, Wentworth and surrounding regional communities.

Accommodation and LAFHA will be provided for eligible employees.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer within civil, bulk water/water infrastructure projects.

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality requirements and project delivery processes.

• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities.

• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to safety.
