Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust smart contracts using languages such as Solidity, Vyper, or Rust for various blockchain environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable decentralized applications (dApps) that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and security audits of smart contracts to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Optimize smart contract code for performance, gas efficiency, and security in high-stakes environments.
• Participate in code reviews, peer research, and documentation to maintain high standards of quality and transparency.
• Stay current with emerging trends in blockchain technology, cryptography, AI integration, and distributed systems to continuously enhance project capabilities.
• Contribute to research efforts by publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals and presenting findings at industry conferences related to blockchain innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing large-scale AI models or machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus; strong background in software development is essential.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Java, C#, C++, C, Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, and Linux-based environments.
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed ledger technology.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS for deploying scalable solutions and model training workflows.
• Experience with AI models related to natural language processing, computer vision, data mining or generative AI is advantageous.
• Strong research background with a history of publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals or presenting at industry conferences.
• Knowledge of algorithm design, statistical analysis for research purposes, signal processing, robotics or quantum engineering is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a passion for innovation in AI and blockchain technology.

Pay: $84,127.72 - $101,315.10 per year
