A high-performance Boutique Systematic Trading Firm is looking for Python Software Engineers to join their Risk Engineering team and play a key role in building the next generation of their business-critical risk platform. This is an exciting opportunity to design and develop high-performance, production-grade backend applications that power risk analytics and workflows used by Risk Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Quantitative Researchers across the firm.

You'll have the chance to contribute to architectural decisions, productionize quantitative models and improve engineering standards across the platform, while working in a collaborative, high-caliber engineering environment alongside some of the industry's leading technologists and quantitative researchers.

Required:

• 5+ years experience using Python.
• Strong Computer Science, Engineering or related academic background.
• Experience designing and building scalable APIs, distributed systems, and data pipelines.
• Experience working with SQL and backend services in high-performance production environments.
• Experience working in Agile engineering environments with a focus on software quality, scalability, and reliability.
