Location: Remote (Quarterly travel to Philadelphia, PA for PI Planning – 2 days per quarter)

nWe are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and a strong background in designing enterprise solutions for Railway, Transit Authority, Airline, or Transportation organizations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Apache Kafka, Databricks/Data Lake technologies, cloud platforms, and integration architecture, along with hands-on experience delivering scalable, high-availability solutions

Required Skill

• s:10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Solution or Enterprise Architec
• t.Strong hands-on background with Java application development and enterprise architectur
• e.Expertise in Apache Kafka, event-driven architecture, streaming, and messagin
• g.Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Lakehouse, or Data Lake solution
• s.Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platform
• s.Experience designing REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, Microservices, and Integration solution
• s.Strong understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, workflow modeling, As-Is/To-Be analysis, and gap analysi
• s.Experience building real-time data pipelines, event processing, and operational data platform
• s.Domain experience in Railway, Rail, Transit Authority, Airline, Aviation, or Transportation is require
• d.Experience with AI/ML, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, or scheduling optimization is a plu
• s.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
