Solutions Developer

Role

The firm is seeking a motivated and adaptable Solutions Developer to join its growing team in Chicago.

In this role, the successful candidate will develop a range of technologies, including SharePoint, Blazor (Microsoft’s modern web framework), Azure cloud services, and emerging AI-driven solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, solving complex problems, and working collaboratively. Candidates should already have strong experience in front-end or back-end development, such as JavaScript, C#, or CSS.

This role also offers the opportunity to work with AI tools to improve workflows, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to practical business solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work with a variety of technologies
• Interest in Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and Blazor, prior experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure services, including Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure Automation, and Azure Container Apps
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and CSS, or a strong willingness and aptitude to develop expertise in these technologies
• Interest in AI tools and how they can improve day-to-day work processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a proactive approach to learning and taking on new challenges

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., information systems, data science, business, or related discipline); an advanced degree is a plus but not required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a technology, consulting, or technology-enabled professional services environment.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
