About the role
Job Overview
As a Level II Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering advanced technical support and resolving complex software and hardware issues. Reporting to the Service Delivery Lead, you will leverage your expertise in computer systems and analytical thinking to provide efficient solutions. Your strong communication skills and dedication to customer service will ensure clients receive timely, effective assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct technical support to clients, addressing issues promptly and effectively from quick fixes to in-depth troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and work alongside Account Management to recommend tailored technology solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client technologies and continuously develop skills to support new services and products.
- Support business growth by identifying and assisting in the acquisition of new clients.
- Partner with the Service Delivery Lead and team members to ensure a smooth and consistent client experience.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal documentation to enhance service delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent troubleshooting and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in supporting multiple versions of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with cloud-based storage platforms and applications.
Technical Skills
- Skilled in diagnosing and maintaining desktop hardware and software.
- Proficient in TCP/IP networking and internet connectivity support.
- Solid understanding of network security best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Personal Skills
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Physically able to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting.
- Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to travel to client sites; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
