Sr. Intelligent Automation Engineer (Node JS)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360, Playwright, and enterprise automation technologies to join a large-scale digital transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions across multiple business functions. This role requires a strong software engineering mindset with expertise in process automation, integration technologies, automation frameworks, operational excellence, and enterprise governance standards.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing secure, scalable, resilient, and audit-ready automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, compliance, service quality, and customer experience.

Automation Solution Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Develop unattended, attended, and semi-attended bots for business-critical processes.
• Build browser-based automation solutions using Playwright.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks, libraries, accelerators, and reusable components.
• Design automation workflows interacting with:

• Perform process analysis and translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.

Solution Architecture & Engineering

• Participate in automation solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

• Prepare technical documentation including:

• Strong experience in intelligent automation and process optimization initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional Certification.
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech organizations.
• Exposure to regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience working within an Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Experience with OCR technologies and document processing solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and workflow platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere A360, Playwright, and Node.js, with experience delivering secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade automation solutions in large organizations. Candidates with banking, fintech, or regulated industry experience will be highly preferred.
