This position is in-office and based in Boca Raton, FL.
The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by bringing products to market with clarity, differentiation, and commercial impact. This role is responsible for translating product innovation into on-time market launches. Serving as a key connector between Product Marketing, Sales, Product Operations, and Operations, this leader will ensure launches are disciplined, messaging is sharp, and teams are equipped to drive adoption, conversion, and long-term brand loyalty.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team focused on execution, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
- Translate company and category strategy into clear product positioning, messaging, and go to market planning.
- Own product storytelling across the lifecycle, from ideation and positioning up to launch.
- Partner closely with Product Operations and leadership to ensure customer needs, market opportunity, and commercial impact inform decision making.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
- Own and execute the GTM process for new product launches, line extensions, and category refreshes.
- Ensure strong GTM discipline with clear timelines, ownership, and cross-functional alignment.
- Develop value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning that clearly differentiate our products in the market.
- Lead launch readiness by equipping Marketing Operations, and sales, with training, tools, content and insights.
- Ensure consistent, compelling product narratives across all channels and touchpoints.
Revenue Impact & Performance
- Partner with Marketing Operations to define KPI’s tied to adoption, retention, pipeline support, and revenue contribution.
- Monitor product performance and feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and launch strategy.
- Work closely with Sales to identify opportunities and support in market execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in product adoption, revenue impact, and market share.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Maintain a strong understanding of the grooming and beauty appliance landscape, including competitors, pricing dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for product development, positioning, pricing, and roadmap prioritization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales to support forecasting, and commercialization readiness.
- Serve as a trusted cross-functional partner who brings clarity, structure, and momentum to initiatives.

ABILITIES
- Strong understanding of product positioning, market analysis, and competitor insight.
- Proven ability to execute complex GTM launches in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross- functional stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous optimization.
- Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or commiserate experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related roles; preferably in the professional beauty, grooming, or consumer lifestyle category.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving revenue impacting launches.
