Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Team/Scope: B2B and Core Services

Location: Phoenix, AZ/New York, NY (Preferred)

Role Overview

• This is a dedicated SRE position — not a DevOps role.
• The ideal candidate combines strong analytical/troubleshooting skills with proven incident management experience, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of B2B and Core Services platforms.

Key Responsibilities (implied by skillset):

• Ensure reliability and uptime of B2B and Core Services.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, including root cause analysis.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Support containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Manage messaging/streaming infrastructure (Kafka).
• Maintain REST API and web service integrations.
• Administer Linux systems and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Configure and manage firewalls/network security.
• Write and maintain configuration (YAML) and automation scripts.
• Query and manage data using SQL.
