Staff / Sr Staff Specialist, SoC Products Business & Profit Management

Key Responsibilities

• Act as commercial window for SoC products, including pricing across hardware, software, and support, while managing gross margins and overall product ROI.
• Manage design-ins and support the development of business models for SoC products using market data, product strategy, and cost analysis.
• Track and monitor product development progress and contribute to activities that support a successful and profitable product launch.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and mid-term planning, including preparing reports and presentations for management.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Interest in the automotive, semiconductor, or technology industries (prior experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to present information clearly, including preparing PowerPoint presentations based on data insights.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team across different functions (sales, marketing/FAE, development).
• Ability to manage tasks independently with guidance and support from senior team members.
