Dedicated Systems Engineer, deeply embedded with developers, QA, and DevOps engineers. In this role, you'll provide critical SDLC support for a product, working hands-on to build and manage product installations for our DoD customers. You'll ensure seamless systems engineering support throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle, including post-deployment assistance and the creation of essential technical documentation like training materials, process flows, and architectural diagrams.,
Desired Skills

Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with development and QA teams to assist withSystem testing, validation, and performance tuning in support of production readiness
Ensure system compliance with security best practices and organizational standards

Soft Skills: excellent oral and written communication skills-Able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.Comfortable in a team environment

Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTMLDevelop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures

Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and Integration
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with business and technical requirements
Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Windows operating systems (Linux would be desired as well)
Familiarity with Cloud technologies and platformsAWS Foundational Level Certification

Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
