Responsibilities:
The Systems Integrator (SI) will support the Sponsor's organization by providing integration support to the office in planning and coordinating training and documentation for information technology capabilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conduct learning needs assessments to identify behavioral, performance, skill, and information gaps in collaboration with division leadership.
- Conduct the research necessary to develop and revise IT training courses and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Determine learner profiles and target learning audiences.
- Pinpoint pertinent learning outcomes.
- Devise methods of learning assessment.
- Ensure that learning outcomes assessment tasks and instructional activities are directly aligned.
- Formulate curriculum outlines to address identified knowledge and skills deficits.
- Analyze learning resources and content to be incorporated into learning curricula within the Customer's systems.
- Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer-based/computer-aided training for uniquely developed organizational applications and processes.
- Create online learning resources (videos, job aids, and knowledge checks) to support on-demand learning for IT personnel and users.
- Lead the creation of structures and processes to ensure the most effective and efficient management of strategic change initiatives across the organization, supporting the office's IT training curriculum.
- Assist others within the organization with capturing knowledge and creating learning products.
- Design learning curricula, including conducting needs assessments, creating instructor and participant guides, piloting materials, and evaluating results, as required.
- Represent the office in working groups.
- Support the Customer's learning producers who author and edit video-based learning objects with Camtasia software.
- Develop storyboards of how content will be presented as instructional material.
- Manage Camtasia software licenses.
- Generate creative approaches to delivering learning content and determine the most appropriate modes of instruction.
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Degree or certificate in instructional systems design, adult learning, organizational effectiveness, change management, or equivalent relevant experience
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Experience working with the Sponsor's training system
- Effective client management skills
- Strong facilitation and analysis skills
- Knowledge of instructional systems design
- Capable of using media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods via written, oral, and visual media
- Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
- Experience showing flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines
- Experience in planning and organizing work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing
- Demonstrated experience facilitating group sessions to capture work processes and workflows
- Exceptional communication skills and familiarity with the Sponsor's environment at both the project and executive levels
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, problem solver, and resourceful
- Solid project management skills (e.g., planning, tracking, and reporting)
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of curriculum design, training, and training effectiveness measurement
