As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in building the teams that support E Source's growth. You'll work closely with hiring managers across the company — from technical teams to business and operations groups — to understand role requirements and connect them with candidates who have the right skills and mindset, helping ensure every hire strengthens both the team and the candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the variety of recruiting across different disciplines, brings strong judgment to sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles, and wants to contribute to work that shapes E Source's ability to serve the utility industry.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with hiring managers across the company to understand role requirements, from technical positions to business and operations roles.

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, professional networks, and search firms.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating scheduling and offers.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future openings.

• Advise internal teams on talent availability, market trends, and competitive compensation.

• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to support a smooth onboarding process.

• Maintain accurate candidate records using an applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Improve recruiting practices to align with team goals and business growth.

• Represent E Source and its values throughout the candidate experience by ensuring consistent follow-up.

You're likely a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicate clearly and build trust with both technical candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Work well across disciplines, partnering closely with hiring managers on tailored hiring strategies.

• Care about creating a genuinely good candidate experience.

• Bring 3+ years of experience recruiting across a range of roles, from technical positions to business and operational roles.

And even better if you:

• Have familiarity with consulting-style project environments.

• Have experience conducting Boolean searches and sourcing across a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.

• Bring basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience and Skills to Qualify Include:

• 5+ years of experience recruiting across a range of roles.

• Experience using an ATS and other recruitment tools.

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The budgeted salary for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 USD + annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

This role will be 100% remote, with minimal travel requirements.
