Scan and archive hardcopy documents in the system/ Scan và lưu trữ hồ sơ giấy lên hệ thống dưới dạng tài liệu điện tử.

Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)

• Remove staples from hardcopy documents before scanning/ Tháo ghim bấm khỏi các hồ sơ giấy trước khi scan

• Scan documents and convert them into electronic files/ Scan hồ sơ và chuyển đổi thành tài liệu điện tử

• Save the scanned files to SharePoint/ Lưu các file đã scan lên SharePoint

• Archive hardcopy documents in accordance with the company's document retention policy/ Lưu trữ hồ sơ giấy theo quy định về quản lý và lưu trữ tài liệu của công ty

• Ensure that both hardcopy and electronic records are complete, accurate, and properly organized for easy retrieval/ Đảm bảo hồ sơ bản cứng và bản điện tử được lưu trữ đầy đủ, chính xác và dễ dàng tra cứu

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences):

No prior experience is required. Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome/ Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm. Chấp nhận ứng viên mới tốt nghiệp hoặc chưa có kinh nghiệm.

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major):

No specific educational background or major is required/ Không yêu cầu chuyên ngành hoặc trình độ học vấn cụ thể.

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills)

No foreign language skills are required/ Không yêu cầu.

Khác (Others)

Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry, and file management)/ Có kỹ năng sử dụng máy tính cơ bản (Microsoft Office, nhập liệu, quản lý tệp).

Basic knowledge of operating printers and scanners/ Có khả năng sử dụng máy in và máy scan cơ bản

Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible/ Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ và có trách nhiệm trong công việc

- Working fulltime: mon to fri (3 months)
- Can work shift 2: from 10:00 - 19:00
- Allowance: 300,000 vnd/day

- Can provide internship confirmation stamp if required
