[Tân Phú, HCM] Lab Technician_Softline

Kỹ thuật viên phòng kiểm nghiệm sẽ chuẩn bị và/hoặc phân tích tất cả các mẫu môi trường theo hệ thống chất lượng, sử dụng các quy trình vận hành cụ thể, tôn trọng TAT (thời gian phân tích) và quyền riêng tư của khách hàng.

The laboratory technician will prepare and/or analyze all the environmental samples following quality system, using specific operational procedures, in the respect of TAT (time of analyses) and the privacy for customers.

Trách nhiệm chung (General duties):

• Kiểm tra, giám sát và thúc đẩy quy trình kiểm nghiệm sản phẩm để đảm bảo kiểm nghiệm được thực hiện chính xác theo yêu cầu/ Testing, monitoring and urge product testing process to ensure the testing is done exactly as requested

• Kiểm tra và giám sát tất cả các thiết bị trong phòng kiểm nghiệm Softlines/ Check and monitor of all instrument in Softlines lab

• Đảm bảo phòng kiểm nghiệm cung cấp kết quả theo đúng lịch trình và theo thỏa thuận với khách hàng/ Ensures the laboratory delivers results as scheduled and as agreed with the client.

• Chịu trách nhiệm về PT, các yêu cầu kiểm nghiệm tương quan nội bộ và bên ngoài/ Responsible for PT, internal and external correlation testing requirements.

• Phát triển và xác nhận các phương pháp thử nghiệm, Quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn (SOP) và các tài liệu vận hành, an toàn và chất lượng khác khi cần/ Develops and validates test methods, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other operating, safety and quality documents as needed.

• Cập nhật các tiêu chuẩn mới, phương pháp kiểm nghiệm mới và nhu cầu mới từ khách hàng/ Update on new standards, new testing methods and new demands from customers

• Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho Marketing, Bán hàng, Dịch vụ khách hàng và khách hàng liên quan đến kiểm nghiệm, báo cáo hoặc các yêu cầu kỹ thuật/ Provides technical support to Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and clients regarding testing, reporting or technical inquiries.

• Hỗ trợ duy trì hàng tồn kho vật tư tiêu hao và thiết bị phòng kiểm nghiệm cần thiết cho hoạt động hàng ngày của phòng kiểm nghiệm và lập danh sách vật tư cần đặt hàng khi cần/ Assists in keeping inventory of laboratory consumable and equipment necessary for the day to day functioning of the laboratory and in compiling list of supplies to be ordered when needed.

Trách nhiệm quản lý (nếu có) / Management duties (If any)

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences): Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong phòng kiểm nghiệm vải mềm về các chỉ tiêu Vật lý, Độ bền màu, Kích thước, Khả năng cháy, Hàm lượng sợi, Giày dép/At least 1 year experience in testing Softline lab as Physical, Colorfastness, Dimensional, Flammability, Fiber content, Footwear. Fresh graduate is acceptable.

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major):

• Bằng Cử nhân Hóa học /Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Textile Engineering or any related degree

• Quen thuộc với các yêu cầu của ISO 17025 /Familiar with ISO 17025 requirements

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills):

Tiếng Anh giao tiếp trình độ B hoặc tương đương /English Communication with B level or equivalent

Working location: Lot No. 3 and 4, CN11 Street, Cluster 3, Group CNI, Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tay Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
