By joining our Engineering practice, you will be a dedicated FinXL consultant deployed on high-impact enterprise engagements. Your first major mission with us will see you taking the helm of network services on a highly visible transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead network infrastructure delivery for strategic projects and enterprise initiatives

• Drive operational readiness, resilience, and performance of enterprise network services

• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Network Services engineers

• Oversee vendor performance, service reviews, and contract obligations

• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and risks in accordance with ITIL practices

• Lead network security hardening activities and ensure regulatory compliance

• Deliver capacity planning, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven technical leadership or team lead experience within enterprise network services

• Strong expertise in Cisco networking, firewalls, and F5 infrastructure platforms

• Experience developing network architecture, design, and operational documentation

• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor and contractor obligations and performance

• Solid understanding of ITIL practices, incident management, and service levels

• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as SD-WAN, ACI, NSX, and SDA

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team mentoring
