You'll play a vital role in coordinating disrepair cases, ensuring information is accurate, stakeholders are kept informed and repairs progress efficiently from start to finish.
Working closely with surveyors, contractors, solicitors, residents and internal colleagues, you'll help ensure our disrepair service runs smoothly while making a real difference to our residents' experience.

- To support the Trust objectives to manage disrepair cases with accuracy and clarity, through working closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring high levels of customer service are provided throughout.
- Support the existing Disrepair team through providing efficient administrative support on allocated disrepair cases. Ensuring that all case updates are recorded in a timely manner to the correct parties and on the relevant system, to allow for thorough tracking on cases.
- Working with the existing Disrepair team, to include regular department meetings and reviews as well as producing supporting documents and internal monitoring reports and chasing internal departments for information relating to Disrepair cases that will assist with Trust in defending disrepair claims.
- Work with the existing Disrepair team to manage disrepair cases effectively. This will include attending contractor meetings, raising work requests via arena and iBuy, monitoring progress on repairs and keeping the relevant parties, including residents and solicitors, updated.
Proven administrative experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a high standard of work while meeting competing deadlines.
Proactive approach, demonstrating the ability to use initiative, identify solutions and work independently.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively and manage competing demands.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Desirable - Basic knowledge of the Disrepair Protocol and maintenance processes in the Social Housing environment
