About the role
Position Summary
The Technical Documentation Analyst is responsible for preparing accurate technical documentation for hyperscale data center infrastructure projects using data analysis skills. This role converts customer requirements into construction documents, cable routing information, and cable labeling to support field installation teams. The position also assists in improving documentation efficiency through Microsoft Excel and Python automation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in one of the following fields: Data Science, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity/Network Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Other related Engineering or STEM disciplines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, formatting, and data management).
- Python programming skills are preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software and internal systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with structured cabling or data center infrastructure.
- Familiarity with fiber optic cabling and data center structure standards.
- Experience with workflow automation or process improvement.
- Speaking Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
