  • A strong hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead with deep expertise in Java Spring Boot, React JS, PostgreSQL, and Kafka along with proven experience in enterprise integrations (API, FTP, ETL, Integration Platform) and AI-assisted development.

  • The role requires a blend of technical leadership, architecture/design ownership, and hands-on development, working closely with client stakeholders, architects, technical team, and program leadership to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

A hands-on technical leader who can:

  • Code + Design + Lead simultaneously

  • Navigate complex integrations and enterprise ecosystems

  • Engage confidently with client architects and business stakeholders

  • Drive delivery excellence in high-pressure, multi-team environments


Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Solution Design:

  • Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture for complex full-stack applications

  • Define scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards

  • Perform design reviews, code reviews, and governance enforcement


Hands-on Development:

  • Develop and deliver complex backend components using Java Spring Boot

  • Build responsive and high-performance UI components using React JS

  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and DevOps pipelines


Integration & Data Exchange:

Design and implement integration solutions across systems, including:

  • REST/SOAP APIs

  • File-based integrations (FTP/SFTP)

  • ETL pipelines (batch and real-time data processing)

  • Kafka - Integration platform

  • Troubleshoot and optimize data flow, transformation, and synchronization issues

  • Work with cross-system dependencies and enterprise integration patterns


Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with:

  • Client business users– to understand functional requirements

  • Client architects – to align solutions with enterprise architecture

  • Program Managers / Delivery Leads – for planning, tracking, and governance

  • Participate in design workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs


Team Management & Mentoring:

  • Lead and manage a distributed development team

  • Assign tasks, track delivery, and ensure quality and timeline adherence

  • Mentor developers on technical skills, coding standards, and best practices

  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence


Delivery & Governance:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of modules/components

  • Ensure defect-free releases and production stability

  • Participate in release planning, sprint execution, and estimations

  • Maintain documentation including HLD, LLD, integration specs, and runbooks



Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in:

  • Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture,

  • React JS (modern frameworks, hooks, state management)

  • PostgreSQL (schema design, DMLs), Redshift

  • Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito)

  • TDD concepts


Experience with:

  • AI development tool such as WindSurf, Copilot.

  • API design & integration (REST/SOAP)

  • FTP/SFTP-based batch integrations

  • ETL tools/processes (data pipelines, transformations)

  • Kafka (Integration platform)

  • Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure – preferred), API security (OAuth/JWT)

  • Experience with GitLab, JIRA, and Agile development practices.

  • Docker, Kubernetes


Knowledge of:

  • CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)

  • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes – preferred)


Soft Skills & Leadership:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional global teams

  • Experience in client-facing roles and solution discussions

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  • Track progress using JIRA and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.

  • Assist in tollgate processes including regression, integration, UAT, and security testing.

  • Provide technical oversight during go-live and hyper-care phases.

  • Ensure technical documentation is maintained and updated.

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with client teams as needed.

  • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Work closely with QA and automation engineers to ensure testable code.



The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
