About the role

This is not a typical job posting, because this is not a typical job.

WealthCharts continues to be one of the fastest growing trading and investment platforms in the world, an eight-time industry award winner, and we run it all from a brand new 10,000 sq. ft. Global Headquarters and Training Center in Lake Geneva, WI, where in addition to the decision making center for the company, we host 100-person televised events from here as well. Most talented people in this region assume that after they get their degrees they have to move away from the area to build their technology careers. That's no longer the case with WealthCharts being globally headquartered in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

We are hiring multiple Technical Product Specialists who will work directly with our CEO and senior leadership every single day. This is the role our CEO's closest team members hold today, and every one of them earned it by proving they could take an idea and make it real.

What this role actually is

You will spend most of your time as the connective tissue between our CEO, our development teams, and our product:

  • Working with the CEO to turn strategy and ideas into real projects: new websites, marketing campaigns, competition platforms, and new features inside WealthCharts
  • Acting as a product liaison with our dev teams, making sure what gets built matches what traders actually need
  • Building and creating with cutting-edge AI tools daily (we will train you, and you will get better at this than anyone you know)
  • Managing projects from idea to launch, tracking details, and driving things to completion
  • Supporting frontline customers at times, because knowing our users firsthand is how you build the right things

Who we're looking for

  • Hungry, and ambitious. You want a launchpad, not a job description to hide behind.
  • A doer and an implementer. When you're handed something you've never done before, your instinct is to figure it out.
  • Technically minded. Maybe you studied technology, maybe you taught yourself. Either way, you love it.
  • Curious about AI. You don't need to be an expert yet. You need to be genuinely excited to learn tools like Claude, GPT, Gemini and more, and put them to work. We'll teach you the rest.
  • Interested in the stock market and trading, or eager to become someone who is. Passion for what we build matters here.
  • Organized, detail-sharp, and able to juggle multiple fast-moving projects.
  • Within roughly a 45-minute commute of Lake Geneva, WI. This is a fully in-person role.

Why this beats moving to the city

You could go fight the traffic for an entry-level seat at a big company where you'll never meet the executive team. Or you can work shoulder to shoulder with the CEO of an award-winning fintech company, in your own backyard, on projects that ship to a global user base. Our active trading and investing platform recently won the TradersWorld Magazine Fintech Award for “Best Trading Platform” in October of 2025, adding to our previous honors like Benzinga Fintech 400 Global Finance Chairman Award for “Best Stock Scanner” in November 2024, and “Top Swing Trading Platform of the Year”. Our CEO was also recognized as “The Most Innovative Fintech Executive” in 2022. We’re growing fast domestically and internationally, and we’ve recently signed several more licensing deals with major firms. The people who help build this next phase will grow with it.

Bonus: If you've used AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to build or solve something real, tell us about it. Not required, but it will get our attention.

Application Question(s):

  • Tell us about something you taught yourself or built on your own, with no one telling you to. A skill, a project, a side hustle, anything. Why did you do it, and how did it turn out?
  • Describe a time you were handed a problem you didn't know how to solve, and walk us through how you figured it out.
  • Why do you want to work directly with a CEO at a fast-moving company, rather than hold a steady, predictable job? Be honest. There's no wrong answer, but we can tell who means it.
