Job Overview
This is a high-impact, execution-focused sourcing role designed to accelerate our technical team hiring over the next six months. You will own the top of the recruiting funnel for critical technical roles and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and qualify exceptional engineering talent.
This role requires speed, precision, strong technical intuition, and comfort leveraging modern sourcing technologies — including AI-powered tools — to increase efficiency, personalization, and pipeline quality.
