TEST AND COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

You'll work with advanced technology, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help launch transportation systems that move thousands of passengers every day. As this role evolves, you will be involved in Stadler's cutting-edge Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC) signaling solutions, helping develop test environments, execute validation campaigns, and support system integration efforts from the lab through real-world deployment. What You'll Do
- Plan and execute testing and commissioning activities for rail vehicles and systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during testing and commissioning
- Analyze test results and document findings
- Verify system functionality, performance, and safety requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and customer teams
- Support vehicle validation and customer acceptance activities
- Travel to project sites as needed to support testing and commissioning efforts
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, controls, automation, systems integration, or related technical disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel as projects require
- Rail industry experience is a plus
