Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilledTest Specialist with strong experience inC#, Playwright, Java, JavaScript, and Selenium to join our Quality Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions across web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems while ensuring high software quality and rapid delivery within Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks usingPlaywright, Selenium, C#, Java, and JavaScript.
- Develop automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Scrum Teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Develop and execute API automation tests and backend validations.
- Perform test planning, test estimation, test execution, and test reporting.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and support defect triage activities.
- Create and maintain reusable automation components and test data management processes.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Produce test metrics, execution reports, and quality dashboards for stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality engineering best practices and automation standards.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Required Skills Experience
- Strong hands-on experience withC# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
- Strong experience inPlaywright Automation using C# or JavaScript.
- Experience inSelenium WebDriver using Java and/or C#.
- Proficiency inJava andJavaScript programming.
- Experience with API testing and automation.
- Experience with test frameworks such as:
- TestNG
- NUnit
- JUnit
- xUnit
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Experience using version control systems such asGit.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and automation tools.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.
