About us:
We are a busy, family-run retail business with a growing presence on TikTok Shop and TikTok Live.
We are looking for an organised, reliable, and hardworking TikTok Admin Manager to manage the administration behind our TikTok Shop and live-selling operation.
This is a hands-on role involving the management of orders, product listings, customer queries, live-auction administration, and general support to ensure the TikTok operation runs accurately and efficiently.
The role :
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day administration of our TikTok Shop account and support the smooth running of our live sales.
You will work closely with the live presenters, warehouse team, and packing staff to ensure orders are processed correctly, stock information is accurate, and customer issues are handled promptly.
Main responsibilities :
Managing the day-to-day administration of our TikTok Shop account
Creating and updating product listings
Checking product descriptions, prices, images, and stock levels
Processing and monitoring customer orders
Coordinating with the picking and packing team
Responding to customer messages, queries, and order issues
Managing cancellations, refunds, and returns in line with company procedures
Supporting the administration of TikTok live streams and auctions
Ensuring sold products are correctly recorded and allocated
Monitoring account performance, order status, and dispatch deadlines
Producing basic reports covering sales, stock, orders, and customer issues
Investigating and helping resolve order errors or account problems
Maintaining accurate records and organised administration systems
Supporting the wider team with general office and e-commerce duties
What we are looking for :
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to take responsibility
Confident using computers, smartphones, spreadsheets, and online systems
Good written communication and customer service skills
Able to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills
Previous experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce, online marketplaces, retail administration, or order processing is preferred
Experience managing or supervising others would be an advantage
Willingness to work evenings and weekends when live auctions take place

This is a contractor-based role
The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour
Working hours may vary depending on live-stream schedules and business needs
Ongoing work may be available for the right person
