Transformation Project Manager/ Senior Scrum Master - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

Tieto Tech Consulting’s team in Bulgaria consists of 500+ professionals specializing in the development of tailored digital solutions in diverse industries.

We’re looking to hire a Transformation Project Manager/ Senior Scrum Master to enable the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives for a global digital health SaaS platform powering data-driven and AI-enabled healthcare solutions. In this role, you’ll facilitate Agile delivery across multiple teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement while helping teams stay aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery activities of DevOps and Architecture teams responsible for Cloud infrastructure and Operations supporting SaaS software solutions

• Develop and establish process to ensure effective work completion

• Lead the team/s in adopting Agile methods and best Scrum practices and optimize process

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the management

• Provide timely communication on the impact of changes and decisions

• Effectively communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders

• Build, develop, and grow relationships with stakeholders and team members

• Remove blockers and coach the team on removing impediments

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager/ Scrum Мaster

• Proven experience in driving Agile transformations and establishing effective delivery processes

• Experience managing Operations Team Jira boards, with a focus on Run the Business (RTB) activities

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Superior problem-solving skills: ability to quickly assess a situation and devise a solution

• Ability to manage multiple development projects for multiple clients simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members coming from a broad spectrum of disciplines and cultures

• Excellent English (verbal and written)

A significant advantage would be

• International experience

• Working knowledge of web and/or mobile technologies

This role is based on a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in our Sofia office.
