TW_ eBike_Sales Controlling and Coordination Specialist

We're looking for a Sales Controlling and Coordination Specialist in eBike Taiwan!

Supporting all stages of the Order to Cash sales cycle.
Ensure timely and accurate order entry, fulfillment and payment for assigned customer accounts.
Maintaining and development of successful relationships with internal and external customers.
Cross-functional collaboration with other departments such as sales, logistics, controlling and accounting.
Supporting several Sales Controlling topics.

- Enable the sales organization to run efficiently, effectively and in support of business strategies and objectives
- Ensure timely and accurate order entry, fulfillment and payment for assigned customer accounts.
- Maintaining and development of successful relationships with internal and external customers.
- Cross-functional collaboration with other departments such as sales, logistics, controlling and accounting.
- Data analysis to ensure data quality and cosistency and performance of the weekly & monthly Sales Controlling reports.
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvements.
Support other sales operations projects as assigned special topics.

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Mandatory: Minimum 1-3 years working experience in Sales Controlling, Commercial Coordination or similar function like Logistics and Planning or Controlling
- Mandatory: Experience with ERP Systems (SAP)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and the ability to prioritize
- Capable of managing different interests, challenging customer requests and aligning them with internal requirements
- Team player with good communication and presentation skills
- Advance level of English (both verbal and written)
- Advance level of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc...)
- Advantageous: general understanding of cycling market and a passion for cycling
