About the role
We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to research user needs, design clear flows, and deliver polished interfaces that are both functional and delightful.
This role is ideal for someone who balances strong design craft with practical collaboration in a fast-moving product environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and translate insights into actionable design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design clean, accessible, and responsive interfaces that work well across devices
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers (React / Next.js) to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing
- Contribute to and help maintain a consistent design system
- Present design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX design (or equivalent strong portfolio)
- Proven ability to take a product or feature from research through to final design
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma preferred)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Ability to conduct or participate in usability testing and synthesize findings
- Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
- Portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end UX process and problem-solving
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for web applications or SaaS products
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS/React)
- Experience with UX research methods beyond usability testing
- Previous work in education technology, B2B, or complex web applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
