VBDC Agent-1

The VBDC Agent-1 will be the first point of contact for online customers interested in purchasing new or used vehicles, helping transform inquiries into dealership visits and sales opportunities.
This role combines customer engagement, sales expertise, and automotive knowledge to create meaningful experiences for prospective buyers.
You will connect with customers through phone and email, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right next step.
