About the role
Well & Lighthouse LLC is a digital strategy, media, communications agency that works with non-profit and private-sector clients. We are seeking a hard-working and creative Senior Web Designer to join our fun and fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
The right individual will contribute to all aspects of the design process and collaborate with other departments (writers, strategists, developers, etc.) to design and develop a variety of digital products. These products include: static and animated digital advertising, print, social media content, collateral for various digital marketing campaigns, microsites, and full websites. Other responsibilities include occasional brand development and occasional photo research and editing. Experience in good asset management and research practices are important.
Requirements
- BA in Graphic Design or equivalent field
- Minimum of 5 years professional work experience
- Strong experience with Adobe CC
- Strong knowledge of responsive design
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Acquainted with the latest design trends and practices
- Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and work on multiple projects/tasks independently
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
