About the role
You'll be joining a team building a command center for CI/CD operations — a platform where engineers monitor builds, investigate failures, manage configurations, trigger actions, and get AI-powered insights. It's not just dashboards; it's the central hub for understanding and controlling what's happening across the entire build infrastructure.

- Product Development: Perform design, coding and testing for the web application which is the entry point for a command center for CI/CD operations;
- Quality & Commitment: Deliver work products at highest standards of quality and robustness, within the allocated timeframe, with peer review;
- Improvements: Foster improvements of work products, methods and workflows within the team and project;
- Reviews: Perform reviews on colleagues’s work products;
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineers, Product Owner, customer and other stakeholders to align and deliver the expected business value;
- Sharing knowledge: Actively share knowledge with other team members and stakeholders about technical concepts, architecture and usage of the work products in your responsibility.

Must-Have
Education
Ongoing studies Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering field;
English fluency
Programming Foundations
- Strong grasp of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, control flow, functions, and OOP concepts
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (async/await, array methods, DOM manipulation)
- Ability to read, understand, and debug unfamiliar code
Web Basics
- Comfortable with HTML & CSS (layout, flexbox/grid, responsive design)
- Understanding of how the web works: HTTP, browser rendering, client-server model
- Familiarity with browser dev tools for debugging
ReactJS Basics
- Understanding of component-based architecture
- Experience with functional components and hooks (useState, useEffect, etc.)
- Ability to break a UI into reusable, composable pieces
REST APIs
- Understanding of HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE), status codes, and headers
- Experience consuming APIs from a frontend (fetch, request/response cycle, JSON)
- Ability to design or reason about simple API endpoints
Databases
- Basic understanding of databases — what a query is, how data is stored and retrieved
- Awareness of NoSQL vs. relational concepts (documents vs. tables)
- Ability to reason about data models and relationships
Git & Collaboration
- Basic Git workflow (clone, branch, commit, push, pull requests)
- Comfortable working in a team codebase — reading diffs, resolving conflicts
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Next.js (App Router, server/client components, API routes)
- Ability to work from Figma designs and translate them into pixel-accurate UI
- Exposure to any component library (Mantine, MUI, Chakra, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP — even basic exposure counts)
- Interest in data visualization or dashboards
- Any exposure to CI/CD or DevOps concepts (even just using a pipeline)
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
