xEngineer - AI Creation

As an xEngineer at AI Creation, you'll take on some of the most exciting engineering challenges at Wix, shaping how AI becomes a core part of creating and editing stunning sites.

• Take on engineering challenges to integrate AI as a first-class part of site creation and editing
• Work on complex systems requiring deep technical understanding and collaboration with multiple engineering groups
• Lead and own features end-to-end, from research and technical design to implementation and deployment
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful solutions

At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.

• • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, and design
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges

We are the AI Creation team. We build the infrastructure and capabilities that allow users to create and modify entire websites — sections, pages, and components — using AI. Our work spans the full stack to bridge AI and the editor — turning user prompts into real changes on the site. As the AI infrastructure that powers site creation across Wix’s editors, we tackle exciting technical challenges at the intersection of AI, large-scale editor systems, and product experience — and our work sits at the core of how the next generation of Wix sites gets built.
